Shipping & Delivery

Orders are not processed on Sundays, Mondays OR Holidays.

 

All items are shipped through U.S postal service. Processing takes 1-2 business days. Delivery takes 4-6 business days. So please allow at LEAST 2 business days before you receive a tracking number and at least 6 business days before receiving the actual item. You will be sent a tracking number via the email provided at checkout. 

 

NoirExcellence Hair is not responsible for any lost items. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service and file a claim. All packages are insured by USPS.

 

NoirExcellence Hair does not hold responsibility for packages after they have been shipped. 

 

NoirExcellence Hair is not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, weather delays, or any courier delays.

 

If your package does not successfully deliver and is sent back to N.E Hair you are responsible for additional shipping fees in order to reship with the correct address.
